A Special Visit from Hawkeye Falconry! 🦉🌳

This week, Reception began learning all about woodland animals, and had a very special visitor to help bring our topic to life!

Alistair from Hawkeye Falconry came to visit and brought some of his incredible owls to show them. They were lucky enough to meet Cookie, a 5-week-old baby owl, and Squeak, a beautiful 5-year-old owl.

The children were fascinated and full of questions! Some were even brave enough to hold an owl, while others chose to have their photo taken beside one — and that was just as special!

What an amazing experience to help Reception understand and connect with the wonders of the woodland world. 🦉✨
