This week in PSED, we explored birthdays by playing different party games. The children especially enjoyed taking part in musical statues, showing great enthusiasm and energy. As part of our learning, we talked about our own years of birth and celebrated how special birthdays are. The children also practised important skills, such as taking an active part in group games, taking turns, and managing their feelings if they didn’t win 😊

This week in CLL, we discussed how we have all changed over time. We looked at our baby photos and told a friend how we have changed compared to how we look now. 

In Understanding the World (History), we explored the year we were born and discovered that everyone has different birthdays. We also learnt about lifecycles, focusing on the human lifecycle and what happens at each stage. To finish, we created our own lifecycles using photos.
