For Hello Yellow Day, Reception children were each given a yellow wristband to celebrate the importance of mental health and wellbeing. The children decorated their wristbands with positive messages, affirmations, kind words and cheerful pictures. They then swapped wristbands with their classmates, helping to spread positivity and kindness throughout the class. The activity encouraged children to recognise that everyone matters, to support one another, and to understand that it is always okay to talk about their feelings. 💛🌟
