After learning about a city near Sutton, our Reception children took a train trip to Nottingham to explore how city life is different from the town of Sutton-in Ashfield. 

For some of our children, it was their very first time on a train or even their first visit to Nottingham. What a brilliant opportunity for them to see how Nottingham is different from Sutton—so much more meaningful than just looking at photos in the classroom! 🗺️
