As part of our enquiry learning, we took a trip to Skegness. After learning about Jacques Cousteau and how he helped the world to see the beauty of the ocean, we spent the morning visiting Natureland Seal Sanctuary. While we were there, we discovered how they rescue and care for seals found on the beach.

In the afternoon, we visited the beach, where we enjoyed paddling in the sea and exploring the coastline.

To finish off the day, we visited RNLI Skegness. After learning about Grace Darling and her heroic sea rescues, we found out how the RNLI continue to help and save lives today.
