Over the last two weeks, Reception have been designing, making and evaluating their moving woodland animals during their DT lessons 🦊🦉🦡🐿️

They started by designing the woodland animal they wanted to create and thinking carefully about the equipment and materials they would need. They then used templates to create the different shapes, carefully cut them out and attached the pieces together to make their moving animals.

Finally, they evaluated their finished products by discussing what they liked about their creations and thinking about how they could improve them if they made them again.

We are very proud of our fantastic moving woodland animals and the creativity and perseverance everyone showed throughout the project!
