SEND

SEND at Forest Glade

Forest Glade is a Mainstream Primary School, which caters for a wide range of needs. This includes pupils with identified special educational needs, and those who have a specific medical need or disability. Staff know the children, their background, their needs, achievements, social contexts and individual journeys and this enables a personalised approached to learning, stretching beyond the classroom.

Our Special Educational Needs and Disabilities coordinator is Mrs Gregory. You can contact her via the school office on 01623 452770/ [email protected]. Alternatively, if you are a current parent, you can contact her via Class Dojo or by chatting to her on the playground.

Special Educational Needs and inclusion at Forest Glade are always a priority and bespoke provision is planned for and provided to ensure that the needs of all our children are met in line with the principles outlined in our SEND policy which you can find below. We believe passionately in helping every child reach their potential and have high ambitions for all of our children. This is achieved through our inclusive culture, quality first teaching and bespoke approach to individual needs.
