Reception have been learning about the primary colours 🔴🟡🔵 They had fun mixing them together to discover which new colours they make!

In Art and PSED, Reception explored colour mixing and working together. The children painted their hands with primary colours and then found a friend to mix their hands together, discovering the new colours they could create through teamwork 🎨 

They also explored how adding white makes a colour lighter and adding black makes a colour darker.

The children had so much fun experimenting with colours this week 🎨
